Weighing about 29 km/m2, the TONALITY slats have a very low dead weight, reducing static stress on the facade to a minimum. Their low deadweight makes the TONALITY facades suitable for nearly any wall structure.

ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES: The hook technique perfected and patented by TONALITY ensures short installation times, saving time and costs.
INVISIBLE FASTENING: The TONALITY slat element system is characterised not only by easy installation, but also by fastening points that are invisible after installation.
SAFETY FOR GENERATIONS: Both the substructure and the facade elements withstand the roughest of conditions. As per fire classification, TONALITY products belong to group A1 – meaning they are incombustible. Even an earthquake cannot harm the system.
AVAILABILITY: The slats come in four modern colours with a matched substructure and are readily available from specialist retailers as in-stock products. They are suitable for use in both private residential construction and larger surfaces in rental, municipal and commercial buildings.
EASY INSTALLATION: The ceramic slats and the aluminium system rail are optimally matched to each other. The slats are secured by a broad locking pin in the profile. The default pre-bent angle can be bent into the desired final position using customary needle-nose pliers. Integrated pressure springs ensure a tension-free, but secure fit of the slats.
PERMANENT GRAFFITI PROTECTION: They are impact- and scratch-proof, UV- and frost-resistant and resistant to graffiti, weather and temperature influences.

ADVANTAGES OF THE REAR VENTILATED CERAMIC FACADE

The structure of the rear-ventilated curtain facade is a highly efficient system due to the physical separation of insulation and weather protection functions. Due to the space between the facade cladding and the insulation, air can circulate behind the facade cladding and remove any moisture. This so-called stack effect is a physical principle that works continuously throughout the system’s entire service life. In terms of cost-effectiveness, ecology and durability, the rear-ventilated curtain facade is gaining importance as a superior system in new construction and renovation. It can be used for all building types and heights.

Aliclad Cladding and Soffit Systems

After the popular introduction of AliClad Max we’ve decided to widen the range to include our new Aliclad Cladding and Soffit Systems. Our tough climate calls for exterior products that can perform in all weather conditions, meet the most stringent code and standards, and bring elegance and architectural integrity. Available in a multitude of colours, finishes and even woodgrain. Like AliClad Max, Aliclad has been designed by The Building Agency, as both a cladding system and a soffit system. This versatile system has been developed on the strengths of the AliCald Max system but with performance and standard cladding systems to make it appealing in the residential sector. Aliclad offers architects, builders and developers a robust and beautifully finished product, supported on an standard and easy-to-install fixing system engineered to perform. WEATHER-TIGHTNESS: The system has been designed in line with NZBC. It has been tested to be compliant with AS/NZS4284. STRUCTURE: The AliClad system is designed for high wind loadings and engineered to be fixed at maximum span distances for reduced project costs while still fitting within standard residential cladding wall build-ups. FIRE PROTECTION: Aluminium is non-combustible under the NZBC and the support system has a limited / non-combustible wall assembly. The NZBC lists aluminium products as non-combustible and this has been confirmed by way of a ISO 5660.1 test achieving a Group 1S. FINISH AND AESTHETICS: Flat and matt powdercoat options, anodised-look paint finishes, sublimated woodgrains, and horizontal and vertical profile alignments achieve both classic and contemporary designs. We’ve selected a range of options to meet most requirements.

PAINT FINISH

ALUCOLUX® solid aluminium panel is available as an in-house pre-finished panel with a fluorocarbon PVDF coating applied through a reverse roller coating process. The coating is backed up through a valid and approved license from the paint supplier to the manufacturer. The standard three coat system consists of a chromate conversation coating, an inhibitive primer, with a colour and top coat containing not less than 70% Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) resin by weight, and a total dry film thickness between 28-45 microns. This system provides a long lasting premium finish. Its also allows for an vast range on innovative finishes.

EQUITONE High-Density Fibre cement is a mineral composite material with outstanding aesthetic and physical properties designed as cladding by and for architects. Every EQUITONE panel is unique, showing the raw, untreated texture of the fibre cement base material. The fibre cement material is through-coloured, which means the surface displays the inner texture and colour of the core cementious matrix. No matter what facade design options you explore, the through-coloured materials can be transformed into crisp, monolithic facade details. The material can be perforated using water jet or CNC machines, large or very small cuts can be made, it can even be embossed and printed. Some designers have used it for interiors or furniture. Equitone is a contemporary and safe option for exterior cladding. Fibre cement is a cement composite material that consists of cement, cellulose and mineral materials such as sand. Nothing else. The EQUITONE through-coloured materials enable you to achieve flawless intricate details.

FLEXIBLE
